Our Team

Hayley and Paul Brennan lead the team at Little Swimmers Swim School. They are also supported by a their of Assistant 

Manager  Abbie James . Their swim teacher team consists of 6 dedicated and 

Austswim qualified staff. All staff hold their Working with Children’s check and CPR certificate. 

Hayley and Abbie have over 20 years combined experience in the Aquatic Industry. They are both 

qualified Austswim swim teachers with an extensive knowledge and background in 

teaching children of all ages and abilities. 

Their passion and enthusiasm is evident in the love and commitment they show for their job, their 

team, their customers and their students at  Little Swimmers Swim School. This is passed down to their staff who 

show so much care and dedication to every child that walks through our doors. 

Little Swimmers Swim School is also very proud of our Community Outreach program where water safety education 

is provided to many preschools and child care centres in the local areas. This is a free service offered by Little Swimmers Swim School so that water safety message is delivered in a fun and interactive way to all children. 

Our staff are regularly updated on any industry changes and improvements. At Little Swimmers Swim School we 

hold quarterly professional staff training meetings with all staff to ensure they continue to deliver 

the best swim program to meet the needs of our community. 

Little Swimmers Swim School is not just a place where your child can learn to swim, it’s a place where great 

friendships are made and bonds between staff and the families are created.
